Yoga One-on-One offers you the opportunity to work privately with me, either in the studio or virtually via Zoom. This individualized approach allows the practice to be fully tailored to you—your body, your goals, and your life.
Each package begins with a comprehensive assessment of your physical abilities, current and desired activity levels, health history, and overall well-being. From there, we start with the foundations of yoga—breath awareness and mindful movement—and thoughtfully build a customized practice that supports strength, mobility, balance, resilience, and ease.
One-on-One yoga is appropriate for all ages and for a wide range of physical considerations, including injury recovery, chronic conditions, periods of transition, or simply a desire to move and breathe more comfortably and confidently.
