Working individually with a a yoga teacher outside of a group setting can be a good first step if you’re curious about yoga but haven’t tried it, if you want to revitalize your yoga practice, or if you’re looking for a complement to physical therapy. What Can You Expect in a Yoga One-on-One Session?
Yoga One-on-One is your opportunity to work individually with me at this time in studio or virtually on Zoom. Each package begins with an assessment of your physical abilities, current and hoped-for activity levels, health goals, and overall health. From there, we begin by working on breathing and movement—the foundations of yoga and better holistic health—and build your customized yoga practice from there.

Yoga for Osteoporosis One-on-One Package
This package is ideal for those who want to learn bone strengthening with a teacher who understands the special needs of people with osteoporosis. This package allows you to join the Yoga for Osteoporosis ongoing classes after your private sessions.
